Verdict
Hiring doesn't work for job seekers or recruiters. My team is building a version that does.
I got into software by accident. In college a friend and I split a project modeling airflow over a wing. He did the aerodynamics, I wrote the program, and halfway through I realized software was way more fun.
These days agents write most of the code, but haven’t replaced the need for real engineering. I write about it here.
